I use tossed salads as my main stay for dinners. I toss whatever leftover meat is in the fridge. cut up very small. My salads are about 400 calories, because they are the main meal. I still can eat only about 1/2 C to 3/4 C per meal. I would say my band is still working very well. Still no starches and very little beef--mostly fish, or chicken...shredded: A lot of fresh fruit for desert and snacks. My blood tests are great and I feel fine.

I've listened to several of Dr Terry Wahls lectures. She has Ms and went from a chair to riding a bike. She did most of this by diet. Lots of colorful veggies and...salads. Mostly lots of kale. But never a salad dressing off of the shelf as these are the wrong kind of oils for us.
A simple lemon juice/flax oil and whatever herbs you like.

Tasty and if she can turn her health around what can we prevent by eating right?
Of course, I would add the Arbonne 7 day seasource internal detox also.
