The China Study contends that a diet in whole plants can turn off and prevent most cancers. This based on their research as well as the work in China. Turns out that a Vegan diet won’t prevent cancer – and in fact, the opposite conclusions can be drawn from their work. Vegans get cancer, raw foods don’t protect against cancer, and the whole issue is more complicated.
